Change Leadership Masterclass Review: Practical, Evidence-Based Guidance on Disrupting the Status Quo

Change is difficult. You may be familiar with the phrase “old habits die hard.” This is particularly true in business organizations trying to change the way they do and think about work. It’s no wonder, then, that so many organizational transformations end in failure. Even when external pressure calls for a desperate need for change, the right leadership is lacking, the resistance is insurmountable, and there’s a superlative tree called culture standing in the way.

Como você sabe que está usando Kanban?

(How do you know you are using Kanban? Kanban Litmus Test)

When we present the Kanban Maturity Model to our students and in our consultancies, we often come to the conclusion that our adoption of Kanban is no more than level 2 maturity, which often creates some kind of discomfort. And then the question arises, are we doing it right? Well a quick and simple test that can be done for this is to use the Kanban Litmus Test.

“
I spent all my spare time for four weeks preparing for my TTT case study and TKP/KSD/KSI training course preparation leading up to the class. Next, I was online with TTT trainers from 5 am to 9 am over 10 weekdays, with work and other things in between, to complete the TTT class.

Did I meet great, knowledgeable people who shared freely? Did I learn a lot more about the Kanban Method content? Did I learn to separate myth from fact? Did I learn how to be a better trainer? Did I discover my training edges? Did I witness two superstars of training? Did I get candid feedback? Do I get good feedback from students now? Would I do it all over again?

‘Yes please!’ to all of the above!
