I have never played any sports as a child but I was a professional dancer and my kids swim, play tennis and basketball. Whether the coaches are trained professionals or parents volunteering, the coaches who are great know how to develop the players and develop their game. The others just let the Good Players play and take credit for wins and blame the weather or make up excuses when they lose.
When it comes to Agile Coaches and Leaders, the ones who are consistently successful are not the ones who have the smartest people in their team, or even best understanding about methods and frameworks or have earned the most number of 2 day Certification courses. They are the ones who have a Coaching philosophy and an Amazing Playbook.
I am an Accredited Kanban Trainer and an Accredited Kanban Consultant and would love for y'all to come and learn with me. I can help you Design your Kanban System(KSD), Improve and Scale your Kanban (KSI) and explore Kanban Coaching Philosophy (KCP) and Kanban Playbook(KMM).
