About this event

The Kanban Method provides a basis for understanding, organizing and delivering work and without the typical constraints and assumptions of other agile methods. This course aims to empower individuals as leaders to initiate improvement starting where you are at today.

This course will explore the core fundamentals and principles of operating in a Kanban System and taking actionable steps toward improvement. Engage your team and leadership through this new way of working.

Outcomes

  • Explain the basics, motivation, and benefits of the Kanban Method
  • Understand change and service delivery principles and the general practices of the Kanban Method
  • Be able to apply the Kanban practices in day-to-day work, with a focus on 3 key Change Principles and 6 General Practices of the Kanban Method
  • Understand how to proceed with the next level of Kanban

John endeavors to provide guidance in the design, implementation and improvement of Kanban systems and looks forward to interactive discussion during and after the training.
