KMP1 - Kanban System Design

The Kanban Method is a management method to improve service delivery, catalyze improvements and evolve a business to be “fit for purpose”. In this class we will go over simple concepts that are powerful in helping you organize, understand and manage your work. It will help you understand how Kanban fits within the agile context and reveal how it can harmonize your current ways of working – whether you work in an agile environment or not.

This certified Lean Kanban course is designed as a hands-on workshop and uses various exercises, games and simulations alongside instructor-led discussions and presentations. You will gain practical insights on how to implement or improve Kanban within your organization and reduce the bottlenecks that obstruct your development process.

After completion of training you will learn how to
