Certified Kanban System Design (KMP I)

Do you need a more flexible and responsive way to manage your team’s work? Or perhaps your team is transitioning to or already using Agile but moving too quickly for an average Agile sprint. Lean Kanban concepts are a pragmatic and actionable way for teams to visualize and manage their delivery flow in real time.

Our Unique Approach

Excella Consulting’s Kanban System Design (KMP I) is a highly interactive two-day class accredited by http://edu.leankanban.com/"; style="color: rgb(0, 45, 98); box-sizing: border-box; transition: all 0.1s ease-in-out; background-position: 0px 0px;">Lean Kanban University. It provides a detailed look at using Kanban to deliver faster and drive continuous improvement. Students will become familiar with the fundamentals of Kanban by participating in an engaging and collaborative board game in which teams will compete to maximize value by optimizing workflow. The class, which also includes elements of lecture and classroom discussion, will challenge students to develop, refine, and utilize their own Kanban to drive decisions and improve performance in their work.
