Certified Kanban Management Professional (KMP II)
Perfect the day to day management of your Kanban system
The Kanban Method provides pragmatic, actionable, evidence-based guidance for successful evolutionary change. It starts with what you do now and respects current roles, responsibilities and job titles, and encourages acts of leadership at all levels. This class builds upon the foundations established in KMP I or your existing Kanban knowledge.
Kanban Management Professional (KMP II) concentrates on the complex demands of a multi-teamed organization and explores how to maintain momentum beyond initial improvements realized from a successful Kanban implementation.
In this class, you will explore the rollout and daily operation of a Kanban system. You will consider what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for your organization and how to effectively manage and evolve it over time. Learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical commitment and regular cadences for meetings and feedback. The class also covers metrics and effective policies.
This course also allows the students to claim 14 Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional Development Units (PDUs) which can be applied to Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications.
