Description

Kanban est une méthode d’organisation et de gestion de services professionnels. Elle utilise des

concepts du Lean comme le fait de limiter le travail en cours pour améliorer les résultats.

 

Un système Kanban est donc un moyen de limiter le travail en cours et de signaler la capacité d’amorcer

de nouvelles tâches. On parle d’un « système tiré ».

 

Pour les produits intangibles (travail invisible effectué par des experts), il est nécessaire de visualiser le

système Kanban en utilisant un tableau Kanban. Le tableau peut représenter le travail, son flux, le

système Kanban, en plus de divers risques d’affaires et de livraison. Kanban facilite le traitement

complexe du travail et permet un véritable contrôle de la charge de travail.
