Kanban System Design (KMP I)

Kanban System Design (KMP I) teaches attendees how to model their existing organization in a way that allows resource constraints and bottlenecks become visible. This enables teams to improve their processes and shows managers where to make key staffing decisions. This counts toward the first half of the Kanban Management Professional certification.
