Why Become a Kanban Management Professional?

During the KMP I workshop, you learned to create a Kanban system using the STATIK approach, as well as how to use metrics to drive evolutionary improvement. That’s incredibly powerful. But to take your business to the next level, you must be able to ensure that the flow of value is optimized end to end, across multiple teams and departments. You have to align not only production teams, but the service teams that support them. You must ensure that planning and budgeting isn’t delaying time to market. And you have to know that the efforts of people within the organization are aligned to the company’s strategy and values. That’s a tall order. At higher maturity levels, Kanban can deliver.

A Kanban Management Professional has been trained to create and manage the various feedback systems within an organization that will allow it to achieve this level of competetive agility. In this workshop, you’ll learn to design lightweight systems to improve the responsiveness of a company at all levels.
