What you can expect

During this two day interactive and intensive course, you will learn how to extend your previous knowledge established during the Kanban Systems Design course. You will learn how to determine what type of Kanban initiative is most appropriate for your organization and how to evolve it over time without trauma.

Through the Kanban Management Professional course, you will learn how to:

• Improve agility with asymmetrical commitment.
• Utilize the Kanban cadences to grow, evolve, and improve your Kanban system for continuous improvement and sustainable customer satisfaction.
• Use the Kanban metrics to make informed decisions.
• Set policies to establish and improve quality, performance, agility predictability, and enable evolutionary change.

Kanban Management Professional qualification

This course, which follows the completion of the Kanban Systems Design class, satisfies the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) designation requirement. Attendees will receive the following recognition:

Within a month after attending the program, you will have a one-on-one follow-up session with a Professional Kanban Coach. He or she will help you maximize the momentum and energy generated during the program. Together, you will discuss how to apply and integrate the concepts you learned.
