Itinerary
Class begins at 08:30 AM and ends at 5:00 PM. The lunch will be provided at noon.
About the Instructor
Drawing on more than a decade of experience across a diverse range of industries, Aparna combines her passion for teaching with first hand implementation to guide her clients to real world constraints. She continues to facilitate and learn from Medium and Large enterprise transformations from domains as varied as Automotive, Finance, Retail, Railway, Energy and Airlines. Aparna continues to evolve with changing environments and challenging problems. She teaches Kanban and SAFe courses and has even Kanbanized her family and life . She currently works at Southwest Airlines as part of the Agile Transformation team for Service Management.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be issued for all cancellations occurring at least 5 business days in advance of the event. For cancellations inside 5 business days, a redeemable credit will be issued for use at a future event.
Please note that there is a class limit of 9 students. Also note that in order to make the course economically viable we need a minimum of 4 students.
