The Kanban Method is a simple scientific work management method to enable you to do the right thing at the right time and to incrementally improve your processes and your effectiveness.

In this class, we will explore further the techniques that can be used to improve the team incrementally to achieve higher levels of performance and effectiveness. We explore some of the human dynamics of change and how those can help or hinder our evolutionary path. We also look at techniques for coordinating and managing multiple service teams across an organization.

This certified Lean Kanban course is designed as a hands-on workshop and uses various exercises, videos, games, and simulations alongside instructor-led discussions and presentations.
