Kanban System Design

Participants will learn how to design a Kanban system and initiate change with Kanban. They will learn the basic concepts of flow, pull, and collaborative improvement. Learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical commitment and cadences. The class also covers recommended meetings, handling metrics, and setting policy. Participants of both KSD and KDI courses will receive the Kanban University “Kanban Management Professional” credential.
