Based on the book Fit for Purpose – How Modern Businesses Find, Satisfy & Keep Customers by David J Anderson & Alexei Zheglov, this 4-day course outlines how to use the Fit for Purpose framework to be confident in your decision making when it comes to when and how to change your product.
Objectives:
Learn how to use the F4P framework to:
· Know why your customers select you and your products and/or services
· Know whether a change to a product or service will represent an improvement
· Select new features, functions, and classes of service
· Manage your portfolio of products and services and the market segments you serve
· Find, select, and grow market segments
· Identify segments that you don’t serve well and should be switched off
Format: This course is available online in a blended learning format. Students will have access and be expected to watch recorded video lectures and read case studies before joining the live class. The course meets live during the scheduled times to allow students to participate in various interactive activities and discussion.
