• want to start with Kanban and are looking for initial support;
• already introduced Kanban and want to check if the implementation complies with state-of-the-art Kanban knowledge. ’
Applying Kanban’ means hands-on learning, and therefore you are strongly encouraged to bring your own questions and problems to the training! More than that: it is possible that you can design or improve your own kanban system in the class. ’Applying Kanban’ also means agility beyond team level. You will learn how to effectivly coordinate work for 5 to 500 people. Improvement is not only a team issue! Benefit from the great experience of improving agility in e.g. programs with multiple teams and learn how multiple Scrum teams can be aligned with Kanban to reach a common goal!
