About Me

<p>Kanban University-Accredited Kanban Trainer and Coach, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM &amp; PO / ScrumAlliance), Certified Scrum Developer (CSD / ScrumAlliance), Internet Systems Technologist and Object-Oriented Programming Specialist (UNICESUMAR). I have been working with software development since 1994 and have been speaking at conferences in Brazil and abroad at events such as Scrum Gathering, Agile Brazil, The Developer's Conference, Agile Tour, Saturn, and XP Conference.I have been leading development teams for several years and implementing various practices of XP, Kanban, Clean Code and Scrum in companies where I worked with (Serasa, Tecban, Easyinvest, Sodexo, Mercedes-Benz, PagSeguro, Certisign, Liferay, XP Investments). I am a developer, consultant, teacher, husband, parent, and speaker. I was the president of the 2016 Edition of Agile Brazil, the largest conference on the subject in Brazilian soil. Taught courses in Brazil and the USA and nowadays I'm an Associate Trainer at Aspercom.</p>
