<p>I am an enthusiast of the concept of lifelong learning, or continuous learning, so I am always learning - whether studying or applying - something new. Graduated in Production Engineering, with experience in the supply sector, I work today upstream with Petrobras' digital transformation journey, coordinating projects with a focus on digital and analytical solutions and with the dissemination of agile culture. I promote the application of agile methods / frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup), for believing in the importance of having an integrated team that can generate value for the company faster. I like to work in teams and to lead and inspire people, after all, several heads think - and execute! - much better than one.</p>
