<p>Dragan is an experienced coach, trainer and facilitator with 30 years of technology &amp;&nbsp;business consulting and project management experience.&nbsp; Over the last 10 years, he has been focusing on Agile, Lean and business change, mainly with large retail banking, insurance and online gaming clients.&nbsp;</p><p>Dragan’s key strength is his ability to articulate Agile &amp;&nbsp;Lean principles &amp;&nbsp;practices and&nbsp;make them relevant and useful in a specific organisational context, from a single team to the whole organisation. He is passionate about helping organisations to&nbsp;evolve their culture and increase their agility.</p><p>Dragan is also a certified ScrumMaster, Scrum Product Owner, Certified Collaboration Architect and Scaled Agilist.&nbsp;He was shortlisted for the Best Agile Coach or Mentor – Process award at the Agile Awards 2014.</p>
