About Me

I've been interested and experimenting with agility since 2012. At that occasion, I implemented a proto-scrum to a 14 person operation team in Sao Paulo. The results were palpable and then I became an enthusiast inside my organization supporting the transition of teams from waterfall to some agility.

In 2018, I moved to Eindhoven to work as Data Analyst, however the role of Agile Coach for my team was available and I took it. An widespread effort inside the team to reduce backlog, identify bottlenecks, review and advocate for policy change in order to improve our product flow. All of that based in Kanban and this week it was possible to proof a reduction of 23% of lead time between 2018 and '19. Also an increase from 7% to 23% of products with Lead Time between one and three days. Those are numbers that prove how much can be improved when agility is embraced by the entire team.
