<p>The future is here, and it is complex. I’m trying to make sense of it and help organizations develop their ability to successfully navigate their space. There is no recipe for this, but: Learning to sense, make sense and proceed in iterations will get us a long way. I see Kanban as the most effective toolset to help us see our work from this perspective. Accordingly, Kanban has been greatly influencing Sociocracy 3.0 which is all about growing effective organizations. So I continue to learn about Kanban in order to learn about Sociocracy 3.0 and how to use both to grow effective organizations.</p>
