<p>I am a management and Agile enthusiast having 21 years of experience mainly with software development and technology companies. My major experience and expertise lies in Agile Coaching and Management Consulting, which includes Enterprise Agile Coaching, mentoring and training, Agile transformation and management consulting related to Agile strategies and people management.</p><p>I am currently working as a Principal Consultant for Xebia posted in a major bank - Axis Bank, where I am responsible to make an Agile transformation of a project team consisting of 30 Xebians, and few more from other organizations, including Axis Bank and also taake care of delivery of a major project which is running for more than 2 years. Prior to that I worked in various organiations like Block Gemini, Lean Apps, Bantech Solutions, Brethren Infotech and Point Marketingin the capacity of Agile coach, Project Manager, Scrum Master and Project Coordinator, although I started my career as a software developer in the year 2000.</p><p>I have done several certifications to sharpen my skills and help me better serve my clinets. some ofthese are:</p><p>PMP® certified from PMI</p><p>CSP-SM® , CSM and ACSM from Scrum Alliance</p><p>Certified SAFe Agilist, Certified SAFe POPM from Scaled Agile</p><p>ICP-ACC from ICAgile</p><p>Profesional Scrum with Kanban certified from Scrum.org</p><p>Last but not the least KMP1 and KMP2 from Kanban University.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
