The Kanban Train the Trainer course is designed for those with a passion for Kanban who want to deliver KU certified Kanban training. This course does not teach Kanban fundamentals, it is appropriate for candidates who have a strong proficiency in the Kanban Method as taught by Kanban University. It is expected all students have significant Kanban experience (generally Kanban Management Professional – KMP credential or equivalent) prior to attendance.

The TTT is an assessment course. It will measure each candidate’s ability to effectively and knowledgeably present Kanban University course materials for the TKP, KMP I and KMP II courses. It will also assess each student’s working Kanban knowledge through the presentation of a case study (prepared prior to class) and through class exercises and quizzes.

At the end of this week-long course, student performance will be assessed, approval to teach all (TKP, KMP I and KMP II) KU courses may be granted or a portion of them. Additional steps may be required for full approval, and could include, co-training with an established AKT, further study, or additional meetings with your trainer. Preparation prior to the course is crucial to success. Note that the class is limited to 12 students and we need a minimum of 6 students to confirm the class. With the goal of always delivering the most current and relevant content to students, please note that the class agenda, contents and schedule, are subject to change.

Substitutions are accepted at any time. Cancellations must be notified by email and refunds will be provided according to the following:

More than 10 days prior = 80% of course fee
5 to 10 days prior = 50% of course fee
Less than 5 days = no refund provided

Kanban University reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event if there are insufficient registrations or if presenters are unable to attend due to illness. If necessary, you will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the event and all registration payments will be refunded promptly.  If circumstances require, presenters may be substituted for alternative qualified presenters with equivalent experience.
