Overview
This 2-day hands-on course follows the official Lean Kanban University (LKU) training materials produced by David J Anderson, Mike Burrows and other leading Lean Kanban experts.
During the two days, you will be involved in regular hands-on exercises and discussions that will provide both a robust understanding of the Lean Kanban principles and practices, but also a practical experience of how Lean Kanban helps individuals, teams and organisations to balance the workload, visualize work and improve the delivery of high-quality products.

Alternative Payment Methods
On certain circumstance we can offer alternative payment options, such as payment in 3-6 instalments. Contact us if you wish to discuss your options. Some examples:
- 3 instalments. Pay 50% of the agreed fee before the course and then 25% in February and the final 25% instalment in March.
- 6 instalments. Pay 40% of the agreed fee before the course. Then 5 monthly instalments of 12% of the fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
Actinum reserves the right to postpone or cancel this course if there are insufficient registrations. If this was that case, you will be notified 7 days before the course and offered a full refund. Actinium will not be responsible for any other costs incurred.
We can have a full refund if you cancel your registration more than 10 working days before the event. If you can't attend this specific course, you may transfer your registration to someone else or attend an alternative course on a different date and location. One free name change or postponement is allowed.
