El Método Kanban es un método de gestión para mejorar la prestación de servicios, catalizar mejoras y evolucionar un negocio para que sea "adecuado para su propósito ". En esta clase, cubriremos conceptos simples que son poderosos para ayudarlo a organizar, comprender y administrar su trabajo.
Aprenderá a diseñar un sistema Kanban e iniciar un cambio evolutivo con Kanban. Aprenderá los conceptos básicos de flujo, extracción y mejora colaborativa. También aprenderá cómo ser más rápido y más receptivo a través de una mejor gestión de riesgos y gobernanza.
