<div>Bachelor's degree in Telematics Engineering.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Always working in IT: starting as webdeveloper, I've a wide experience as java developer.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>In the last years I made the transition to the management side, as project manager.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Since 2013 I started in the fascinatiging world of Agile, first with Scrum (I'm certified SM) and then with Kanban (recently obtained Kanban Management Professional certification).</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Fully identified with scrum master definition: <em>Servant Leader</em>. Always ready for listening and helping others.
