<div>I am a change consultant, Agility coach / trainer and operational lead of Prowareness WeOn Oost, helping organizations improve their business and technical Agility. I have a background as a programmer with an MBA in Technology Management and have 25 years experience in the field of IT, Management, Marketing in various roles from CIO to innovation specialist.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>The past 8 years I have focused on Agility, of which the past 4 years within Prowareness WeOn. I give a wide range of training and I am a certified SAFe and Kanban trainer. After many years in IT, my main focus at the moment is Business Agility; bringing flexibility and enabling change in business areas such as Management, HR, Marketing, Controllers, Sales and Project Management. My real passion lies in the (Corporate) Lean Startup and innovation.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I have an unconventional way of thinking and a backpack full of experience, different methods, frameworks and practical examples from different areas, with which I am always looking for the right selection for the right challenge. I enjoy the great variety in my work; from the sparring partner of organizational change leadership teams to leading a team of 35 Agilistas and facilitating them to excel in their work, learn and have fun.</div>
