My trainings

I work with teams and organisations to create work systems that empower committed people to develop innovative solutions to complex problems at a sustainable pace.

I experienced myself how these effects actually feel. Agility once saved my life ... Well, at least my company and - most important - the workplaces of all its employees. And my health. This true story (in German) motivates me until today.

The customer context and the needs of the people involved are the guiding forces behind my work. This may involve adapting or further developing agile approaches for the benefit of my clients.

 

I train Kanban with its evolutionary approach to change. All my classes comply with the accredited curriculum requirements of the Kanban University. 

Classes with extended duration may go beyond.

Always expect a safe place to ask, make mistakes, share experiences and learn. 

I became a Kanban trainer with full conviction. And yet, you can always expect a Scrum-friendly and agile agnostic class. For me it's never Kanban vs. Scrum. It is always Kanban on your existing process. If the latter is Scrum, good.

Besides that I'm an active and curious member of the agile community who founded Agile Meetup Leipzig, co-founded Agile Barcamp Leipzig (an annual two-day unconference with 200+ participants) and occasionally immerse myself in translation projects (see below).
