Wolfgang Wiedenroth

<p>Wolfgang works a consultant at <a href="https://it-agile.de">it-agile</a>. Wolfgang main focus lies on enabling clients to improve their business to more agility, while at the same time creating work environments where people love to work. Viewing situations in systems in combination with Lean thinking and the Kanban Method, Wolfgang helped lots of customers in improving the services including software Software Development, IT, Marketing, HR, Hardware Development. As a trainer he often intertwine theory with his personal real-life Kanban experiences and introduce concepts with practical excercises.</p><p>Wolfgang is co-founder of the Limited WIP Society Munich, host of the <a href="https://www.xing.com/communities/groups/limited-wip-society-dach-dbf6-1034149">Limited WIP Soiety DACH</a> group on XING. He co-translated Mike Burrow&#39;s book <a href="https://www.amazon.de/dp/0985305193">&#39;Kanban from the Inside&#39;</a> into <a href="https://www.amazon.de/dp/3864902533">German</a>.</p>
