Florian Eisenberg

<p>After obtaining his masters degree in Computer Science at the university of Karlsruhe, Florian started working as a software developer in France. Seeing the pitfalls of traditional project management, he turned towards Agile software development and returned to Germany. He started using Scrum as a development framework and came into contact with Kanban while it was gaining traction in the DACH region.</p><p>Today, he works as an independent Kanban trainer and coach agile, helping his customers to implement Kanban and combining it with approaches from Agile and beyond.</p>
