<p>Dr. York Roessler helps people having fun and success at what they do.&nbsp; He is a trainer, coach and consultant for agile practices. Apart from having trained thousands of participants of his training courses, he has also consulted companies from the following industries: Software, financial services, oil&amp;gas, automotive, engineering, and the public sector. York’s focus lies on enabling clients to be agile and creating environments in which employees enjoy their work. He is passionate about modern management approaches and constantly strives to broaden his knowledge.&nbsp;</p><p>York holds a PhD and a master’s degree in business administration. He studied a Stanford University, University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and American University. After having worked for Daimler, Siemens and zeb for several years he founded his own company Egeria Consulting in 2012. He is certified/accredited as: AKT, KMP, TKP, Scrum Master, Product Owner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, and PMI-RMP. He also is a visiting professor at several universities in Germany and Latin America. He teaches and coaches in German, English and Spanish.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
