<p>As a change catalyst, servant leader and a methodology agnostic agile coach, I am not tied to any particular Agile framework, but instead prefer to inspect and adapt to what works best for the given organization, in-line with the Agile manifesto, by putting the Agile mind-set before ceremonies and mechanical practices and helping drive continuous improvement culture.</p><p>I am passionate about Agile and believe that the best way of transitioning an organization is not through drastic, transformation change, but through gradual, emergent adoption. As such, I am always sensitive to resistance, old beliefs and habits, and organizational obstacles, and I work in collaboration with stakeholders, other agile coaches, product owners, scrum master within the organization to overcome them.</p>
