<p>Karen is the first woman in Canada to become a Kanban University Accredited Kanban Trainer. With this designation, she is able to bring her extensive knowledge, gained over 20 years in the IT Industry, to train and coach students who want to learn and enhance their knowledge about Kanban. Being a Kanban Trainer, Coach, and Practitioner, she brings different perspectives to assess and help individuals, teams and organizations to succeed. Karen is passionate about continuous learning and is enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge and finding ways to leverage technology with the Kanban Method to enable business agility.</p>
