<p>Jose JR is one of the pioneers in the world in connecting companies' Strategy with Operations, making business results real using the cognitive model of Flight Levels. With over two decades of experience in Brazil and Europe in multicultural environments and teams, directly involved in the training and digital transformation of national and international companies.</p><p>In 1999, he began his career as a Speaker, reinventing himself several times, gaining experiences in various positions, sectors, and entrepreneurship. Besides being a Writer, Book Translator, Mentor, Guest Lecturer for Postgraduate and MBA classes at institutions such as PUC-PR, PUC-Rio, and Sistema FIEP, he currently serves as a Board Advisor at LeanWork Group, Business and Cultural Change Specialist at Nower, and <strong>Trainer at K21</strong>. Throughout his career, he has trained over 4900 students and served more than 250 companies worldwide.</p><p>He is one of the most experienced trainers of the Kanban Method in Brazil and one of the 30 global trainers of KMM (Kanban Maturity Model) and KCP (Kanban Coach Professional) certified by Kanban University, among several other training programs. He is a writer and translator of books, providing materials in Portuguese for the Luso-Brazilian community, such as the Condensed Essential Kanban book, the Official Kanban Method Guide, and along with Paula Viani, he is one of the translators of the book Rethinking Agility.</p><p>In 2017, he created the Mundo Compartilhado channel and is one of the creators of the Flight Club Global Community, dedicated to freely sharing knowledge in Collaboration, Learning, Business Agility, Digital Transformation, Technology, Startups, Innovation, Agility, Management, Lean, Personal Development, People Management, and Entrepreneurship.</p>
