I've witnessed that the pragmatic guidance that Kanban provides allow organizations to start making immediate change from where they are today, without implementing a complicated managed change plan, redefining roles, or introducing prescriptive frameworks. Fast, cheap, and easy!&nbsp; I'm experienced with other Agile methodologies, which also allow for improvement to flow, yet I've found the Kanban Maturity Model can propel organizations further, through a managed evolution approach based on data driven decisions.
