I used to share my experience with project management, and agile methods for about twenty years to mentor and coach people within the government organizations in Brazil. I also worked mentoring development and research teams in agile methods, Artificial Intelligence laboratory at university, for example. In this mentoring, I could help the managers to improve results, to be more efficient in structuring the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in each AI project, build a portfolio vision, spread the agile culture, improving results bring some best Scrum, Kanban and Lean Inception practices.<br style="box-sizing: inherit;"><br style="box-sizing: inherit;">I'm fascinated by Agile methods because adaptability, simplicity, collaboration, and focus on results are the best way to deliver real value to clients. As Head of the PMO role, I coordinate a team that helps other IT teams, managers, and people around my company to use agile methods (like Scrum, Kanban, Safe, Fit for Purpose, and Lean Inception) for delivering better results to society. In this case, I manage the delivery flow, and priorities, remove the impediments, and monitor and share the results with the managers.<br style="box-sizing: inherit;">I'm also a teacher at the Justice Court's Public Servants Training School.
