<p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">I am currently working as a Scrum Master for the EMEA Development Centre in Johnson & Johnson Limerick, Ireland. </p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">I just finished a NUIG MSc in Business Information Systems and my thesis is based on the examination of control modes in flow-based software development projects.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">I have 4 years of scrum master experience in teams adopting or transforming their agile way of work.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">I have also worked as ACI Worldwide Payments, Dell EMC and IBM volunteer agile coach and also as an associate lecturer for six years in two brazilian major universities teaching software quality assurance, IT Governance, Project Management and Agile subjects.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">I gave a number of volunteer talks including the "Importance of Software Quality Assurance" at Universidade Paulista, Brazil in 2007 and at Centro Universitario SENAC in 2010 for 300 graduation students, "IBM and Technical Careers" at Universidade Paulista, Brazil in 2009 and 2011 and "Dell and Technical Careers" at NUIG, Ireland in 2016 for 100 graduate engineering students.</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 10px; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">More recently, I gave talks about my MSc research in two international conferences; MENSURA in Sweden last October 2017 and ECIS in Portugal last June 2017.</p>
