<p><span aria-hidden="true">Highly skilled professional, experience gained in more than two decades.<br><br>I've acted as scrum master and seasoned developer in agile projects, where I had the opportunity to support the team members developing&nbsp;their skills, acting as a Agile coach.<br><br>Versatile experience, having acted in numerous critical projects, in different sectors such as retail, banking and government.<span class="white-space-pre"> </span><br>To name a few companies I've worked for : Fundo Nacional da Educação (government), Banco do Brasil, IBM and Circuit City.<br><br>Nowadays I am working in the largest bank in South America. I started here working on projects aiming to improve the overseas branches. This team was responsible to ensure that all interfaces are running without issues, using interfaces such SWIFT and SEPA (payment system), then moved to small group responsible to move all company to cloud environment (kubernete, docker, microservices, and so on), my role here is acting as Scrum Master.<br><br>At present I am working as Agile Specialist to setup a Lowcode CoE to be able to all Bank employees.<br><br>Academic Background: IT Development and Management; MBA in International Business. In addition I hold a few certifications<span class="white-space-pre"> </span><br>such as Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner and Sun Certified Java programmer.</span></p>
