<div>Armando Balbuena Ocaña has been a Kanban Teacher and Trainer since 2019. Has taught and adopt Kanban method to over  51 teams. He is also an Lean Agile  Consultant, Industrial Engineer and an Electronic Technician  with MSc candidate . He has more than 10 years of experience with Agile software projects and 26 years in IT areas  working in several multinationals.</div><div>Expert in Kanban Method, Metrics & Simulators, Fit for purpose, Innovation and Lean and Design Thinking. He is the co-designer of KARTEL Software for Teams .</div>
