Nicolas Mercier

<p>Nicolas is an agile consultant, a Kanban trainer and the lead of CGI Quebec’s agile center of excellence. Mainly involved in agile transformation programs in both the public and private sectors, he has been working with teams, managers and executives in helping them find better ways of delivering value to their customers. With a background in development, he started working in agile teams around 2007. Since then, he went on to become a Scrum Master and now, spends his time as an agile consultant. Having worked in all types of organizations, he has been using principles, practices and frameworks linked with the Agile movement and specializes in organizational change and the Kanban Method of which he is an accredited trainer. He believes that empowering people and approaching transformation through evolutionary improvements is the key to achieving better outcomes.</p>
