His over 30 years career spans the telecommunications, banking, IT services, energy and online marketplace sectors among others. Manolo has also been a software developer and Project Manager Professional PMP®

Manolo, in his training applies his experience in public speaking (Distinguished Toastmaster DTM award), coaching (certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, ORSC™) and the lessons he receives in his active participation in different global initiatives that pursue the search for new ways of learning.
