I am "maña" (the way we call the people born in Zaragoza), agilist, pianist, amateur actress, and computer engineer. </span></span></span><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: "lucida sans unicode", "lucida grande", sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; white-space: pre-wrap;">Many years ago, in 2011, somebody told me: "Maria, you are Agile and you don't know yet". Since then, I invest my time learning and discovering what is that.</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; white-space: pre-wrap; font-family: "lucida sans unicode", "lucida grande", sans-serif;">I work as Agile Practitioner and Mentor since 2014, with development teams. My goal is to inspire them, helping them to discover their Agile path and improve it every day. I believe in the power of the group above individuals, and in the communication as an understanding and transparency tool.</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; white-space: pre-wrap; font-family: "lucida sans unicode", "lucida grande", sans-serif;">I collaborate with Agile and tech communities, especially Agile Aragon, locally and nationally, by sharing my learnings, and discovering the ones of the rest of the community.</span></p><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="background-color: transparent; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; white-space: pre-wrap; font-family: "lucida sans unicode", "lucida grande", sans-serif;">My other passion is Theater. I use its techniques and dynamics in my daily style, in verbal and non verbal communication, abilities of public speaking, observation, teamwork, body expression... and many other things that are as important or even more than words, when we transmit a message.</span></p>
