About Me

<div>In 2007 I started in the technology area, and since 2008 in software development with Java and JavaScript. I work with agility and leadership of teams since 2016 as Scrum Master and 2019 with Kanban. Today I am a development coordinator at ProJuris leading the largest project of the company with two teams and 15 people involved.</div><div>I like and work for the team to achieve high performance, flexibility, autonomy and engagement. Horizontal management is also one of the key factors for growth of the team and the development area in general.</div>
