I am a self-proclaimed Agile evangelist who strongly believes in the Agile values and principles. I have a passion for helping organizations succeed in delighting customers and working better. I facilitate change workshops, conduct experiential training workshops and onsite embedded coaching where clients discover new ways to better organize themselves to respond to change with alacrity.
I have supported small and large organizations through holistic transitions from process-centric to value-centric systems, working at strategic levels with top management, as well as functional teams, to make transformations happen using the Agile mindset.
