I recognize myself as a woman, black, cisgender and heterosexual, with a degree in administration and a postgraduate degree in project management from POLI-USP. In recent years, in addition to project management, I have also worked with process and digital product management, applying agile methods and frameworks to support agile teams to deliver the fittest for purpose products to customers. Among the practices, frameworks and agile methods that I have facilitated in recent years, the main of them, are: Kanban method (including STATIK, Reverse STATIK and KMM), Scrum framework, OKR (workshops, checkins and reviews), Lean Inception, A3 method (lean thinking), and management 3.0 practices (celebration grid, delegation board, moving motivators, niko niko calendar). I have been a mentor for beginners as agile or scrum masters and a coach and mentor for PMs, POs and other team members, who were new to agile as well. I have supported PMs and POs in identifying and defining explicit policies to handle dependencies with other teams or areas. I have also applied and coordinated agile maturity assessments for teams.
