<p>Sayonara Marques, brazilian from the state of Minas Gerais. Passionate about spreading agile culture, currently she is Content Process Coordinator at Thomson Reuters. In addition, she is the leader responsible for their volunteer program.</p><p>Sayonara has been managing offshore teams and multidisciplinary projects for the last 6 years, operating in traditional and agile model. Using agile methodologies such as Requirements Engineering, Scrum, Kanban, Fit For Purpose, Lean Inception, Product Backlog Building, Business Agility, Agile Coach and Managment 3.0.</p><p>Sayonara has a Law degree and Executive MBA in Business. In 2017 she became ambassador for the One Young World and since then, she has been engaged in leading social actions and projects that promote sustainable development and contribute for the change that we want to see in the world.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
