<p><strong>Délio Almeida, Quality Director (CRITICAL Software)</strong></p><p>https://<a href="https://pt.linkedin.com/in/delioalmeida">pt.linkedin.com/in/delioalmeid… Almeida is Quality Director for CRITICAL Software and a passionate for process improvement and organizational performance. He led the adoption of Agile in the organization back in 2013, involving 3 countries and 4 development centers. He acted as Agile coach and trainer for multiple Agile teams, successfully leading the company towards Agile CMMI-DEV V1.3 maturity level 5 in March 2016 and more recently in 2019.</p><p> </p><p>Délio has 15 years of experience with CMMI-DEV and has been actively involved in multiple CMMI process improvement programs since 2004. He has participated in several SCAMPI-A, B and C appraisals, both as part of the appraisal team, as well as being interviewee. He was Program Manager for the CMMI2012, CMMI2015 and CMMI2019 Improvement Programs in CRITICAL Software, which led to successful CMMI Level 5 accreditations covering 3 countries and 4 development centers. Acted as coach, trainer and external CMMI consultant for a satellite integrator company during 2016-2017. Délio also participated in the CMMI Next Generation project (CMMI 2.0) of the CMMI Institute between 2016-2018.</p><p> </p><p>Délio is an active sponsor of CMMI, Agile, Scrum and a Kanban advocate, having introduced Kanban in global quality operations back in 2016.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Délio Almeida has a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science by University of Coimbra in Portugal and Post-graduate studies in Project Management. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Risk Management Professional (RMP) in good standing by the PMI, CMMI Associate V1.3/2.0 certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance, and Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB) certified. He is also a member of the PMI Professional Association since 2008, Scrum Alliance since 2013 and of the Lean Kanban University (LKU) since 2020.</p><p> </p>
