<p>Marcelo is an Accredited Kanban Trainer (since 2015), Certified Scrum Trainer (Scrum Alliance, since 2020) and Registered Scrum@Scale Trainer (Scrum, Inc., since 2020) as well as Professional Business Agility Coaching with the Business Agility Institute.&nbsp;</p><p>Marcelo is the original translator, and current co-translator, of the Scrum Guide into Spanish, curating its upkeep since 2011.&nbsp;</p><p>When not thinking about building better products, Marcelo applies his agile thinking to navigating his bike around South Florida. An avid photographer, you might find him taking pictures at various botanical gardens or in the Everglades. It’s also not uncommon to see the sign “Gone Fishin” at his place; not surprising, given his proximity to the Florida Keys.</p><p>Marcelo currently works as an Enterprise Coach for a Financial institution, yet continues to train and mentor Kanban practitioners and those who are curious about "uncovering better ways..." using both Kanban and Scrum.</p><p>Look for your constraints, leverage them...let the value flow.</p>
