Rick Regueira

Rick is a seasoned Agile coach and trainer, project manager, and information technology professional with more than 19 years of hands-on IT experience. He has worked with key companies including Spherion, Carnival Cruise Line, Burger King, Kaplan University, and, currently, IPC Subway. Rick has been a valuable part of the growth of Agile in Florida while in several key positions:

• President of the South Florida Agile Association (with more than 800 participants)
• VP of Membership for South Florida PMI (more than 2,600 members)
• Previous President of Doral Toastmasters
• Main Contact for the South Florida Scrum User Group (SOFSUG)
• IPC Agile coach who has coached several high-performing teams that deploy weekly shippable business value to a mission-critical credit processing platform that affects approximately 28,000 stores throughout the United States

Certifications include AKT, PMP, SPC, CSC®, CSM®, CSP®, CSPO®, PSM I, CC, MCP, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
