About Me

<p>As an Agile and Kanban consultant Pieter has experience working with teams and organizations in the insurance, banking and telecom industries and in working with distributed teams, applying Scrum, Kanban or any Agile based method that works best for the team to achieve business results.</p><p>After his PhD in physics he pursued his career in ICT and occupied several roles such as software engineer, requirements engineer of which 8 years experience as a project manager in complex IT projects. Pieter is always looking for opportunities to achieve the desired results.&nbsp;</p><p>Pieter also is a CSM and CSPO, co-organizer of the NLScrum (Dutch Scrum community), metrics enthousiast, and an Erlang practitioner.</p>
