Amit has over 20 years of experience in financial industry in the areas of software quality and service improvement. His expertize spans across multiple areas like LEAN, Kanban, Six Sigma, Project and Program Management, Service Management, Agile Scrum, BPM, CMMI, Metrics, Defect Prevention and Training.

He has successfully executed consulting engagements in US, Europe and Asia Pacific and enabled customer to achieve set business goals. His consulting & advisory services required him to work closely with business leadership teams, managers, operation teams and 3rd party vendors.

Amit has been working with FIS for the past 9 years and helped various Business Units to enable and improve their product quality, service quality and customer engagements.

Amit holds a master degree in cost management. He is certified Lean Practitioner, Six Sigma black belt, BPM Professional, Scrum Master, PMP, PgMP Practitioner and ITIL expert.

Amit has been a facilitator for Kanban, Lean, Scrum, PMP and CSQA certifications and has trained more than 8000 associates over a period of last 15 years on technical and process related aspects.
